3. Reservations and Payments

Final payment along with a security deposit is usually required at the time of vehicle pickup. All prices are listed in British Pounds (£) and include VAT where applicable. Vehicle Pickup and Drop-off

• At the time of collection, it is your responsibility to conduct a thorough inspection of the vehicle and report any pre-existing damage without delay. You remain liable for any damage or loss up to the insurance excess amount, unless you opt for additional coverage. Any damage resulting from negligence, misuse, or violations of these Terms remains your responsibility, regardless of existing insurance.

6. Modifications and Cancellations

Cancellation and amendment policies differ based on the type of booking and the notice period provided. For precise information, consult your booking confirmation or Rental Agreement. Be aware that late cancellations or failure to show may incur additional charges.

7. Restricted Activities

Prohibited Uses of Rental Vehicle

• The vehicle must not be used for any illegal activities, including racing, off-roading, or similar reckless behaviors. Transporting hazardous materials is prohibited. Sub-letting the vehicle or permitting unauthorized drivers is not allowed. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly forbidden. Additionally, the vehicle should only be used for its intended purposes, adhering to specified passenger and weight limits, and must remain within designated geographical boundaries unless prior approval is granted.

Breach of these terms may lead to rental cancellation and extra fees.

8. Liability Restrictions

To the fullest extent allowed by English and Welsh law, Car Hire in Crewe will not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business, resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claims is limited to the rental amount you paid in the previous 12 months.
