Booking and Payment Process

Full payment and a security deposit are usually required at the time of vehicle pickup. All prices are listed in British Pounds (£) and include VAT where applicable. We accept major credit and debit cards, with secure processing through trusted payment providers.
Crewe Vehicle Collection and Return

7. Restricted Activities
Prohibited Vehicle Uses
- The vehicle may not be used for any unlawful purposes or activities. This includes racing, off-roading, or any other dangerous pursuits. Transporting hazardous materials is prohibited. Sub-letting or permitting unauthorized drivers is not allowed. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly forbidden. Vehicles must be used only for their intended purposes and must adhere to passenger and weight limits. Operating outside specified geographical boundaries requires prior approval.
Breach of these terms may lead to rental cancellation and extra fees.
Liability Restrictions
To the fullest extent allowed by English and Welsh law, Car Hire Crewe is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid for the rental in the previous 12 months. This limitation does not apply to liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence or fraud.
